Our cat spa rules are designed to keep you and your pet safe. Please read these carefully so you have a smooth and worry-free stay!

Cat Spa Rules
- Zero tolerance flea policy. If cat is found to have fleas, there will be $350 disinfection fee.
- Cats must be 6 months old and no older than 15+ (this means no kitten younger than 6 months or geriatric).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any boarding/ daycare service due to behavioral issues or fleas (ex: aggression, biting, scratching, spraying, high-stress, etc.) If you think your cat may be stressed, please contact your veterinarian for medication before visit. We are unable to accept diabetic cats or medically complex cases.
- All cats must be spayed or neutered. No exceptions.
- Cats must be healthy with no signs or symptoms of illness. Failure to disclose recent illness or shows any display of symptoms during the stay will be charged an additional $350 disinfection fee.
- Owners must provide up to date vaccination records. This includes valid certificate of current feline distemper and rabies vaccinations. Feline Leukemia FELV is recommended. We reserve the right to refuse to board / groom any cat without valid certificate of vaccination.
- Deposit and Cancellations: A deposit of 1 night stay will be taken to secure your reservation. Cancellations will forfeit the deposit. More than 2 cancellations or no shows and we reserve the right to refuse service. If you decide to pick up earlier before the original confirmed check out date, this will result in being charged the full check out amount of the original check out date.

What is your vaccine policy?
- All cats must have valid certificate of current feline distemper and rabies vaccinations. Feline Leukemia FELV is recommended.
- We reserve the right to refuse to board / groom any cat without valid certificate of vaccination.
- Please bring copies of current vet records/ shot records with you.
- We strongly advise that cat/s should be on a flea treatment before arrival.
Does the spa provide food?
Due to the sensitivities of a cat's digestive tract, we do not provide food. Changing a cat's diet can result in upset stomach or diarrhea therefore bringing your regular food is required. Please be sure to bring enough for entire stay.
Can you give medicine to my cat during their stay?
We cannot provide, prescribe or pick up medicine for your cat. If your cat is in need of oral (in food only) or transdermal medications, we will happy to discuss and determine boarding on a case by case basis. For medically complex/diabetic cases, we advise boarding at a veterinary facility.
- Injections (including insulin): We do not administer any injections therefore we do not accept diabetic cats.
What do I need to bring for my cat's stay?
- We recommend providing some toys or personal items to make your cat's stay easier for them
- You must provide food for the entire stay. If you bring a new food that your cat is not familiar with and upset stomach ( vomiting or diarrhea) results, you will be charged $50 extra per day.
- Vaccine records.
- Any relevant vet records.
- Any medications ( pills, prescription food).We do not administer any injections and are unable to accept diabetic cats.
Do you accept senior cats?
We do not board cats over 15 years old. Cats 15 and older are considered geriatric and should be taken care of by a vet or other qualified carer.
