FAQ's

What are your drop off and pick up hours?

Drop-off and pick up times are:
Monday - Thursday: 10:30am - 12:30pm | 2:30pm - 4:30pm
Friday: 10:30-12:30 pm
Saturday: 10:30am- 12:30 pm
The Spa is closed to the public on Sundays, but staff is there to attend to the cats staying with us.

What is your vaccine policy?

All cats must have valid certification of current FVRCP and rabies vaccinations. Feline Leukemia vaccination is also preferred. Please bring copies of current vet records with you when arriving to the spa.

*We reserve the right to refuse to board any cat without proof of vaccination!

Does the spa provide food?

Due to the sensitivities of a cat's digestive tract, we do not provide food. Changing a cat's diet can result in an upset stomach or diarrhea therefore bringing your cat's regular food is required. Please be sure to bring enough to last the duration of your cat's entire stay at the spa.

Can you give medicine to my cat during their stay?

Unfortunately, we cannot dispense medications in any form. For cats on oral meds, medically complex/diabetic ( insulin or pill) cases, we advise boarding at a veterinary facility.  Any type of medication for your cats medical issues should be administered safely under the care and supervision of a NYS licensed medical professional, such as Veterinarian or LVT ( Licensed Veterinary Tech), to ensure your cats safety and well being.

What do I need to bring for my cat's stay?

We recommend providing your cat with a blanket, pillowcase or shirt that smells like home to make their stay easier and more comfortable.
Owners must provide enough food for the duration of their cat's stay at the spa. We recommend bringing extra in case you are delayed returning home.
Come with up to date vaccine records for your cat, along with any other relevant vet records needed for their stay.

How much does it cost to board an extra cat?

Each additional cat that you board with us is $25 per night.

Do you accept senior cats?

We do not board cats over 15 years old. Cats 15 and older are considered geriatric and
should be taken care of by a vet or an individual with NYS licensing and veterinary training.

Are there any cat breeds that you won't accept?

We do not accept Bengal or Savannah cats.

Absolutely amazing! We've boarded our cat here for a few years now and every time is a perfect, or purr-fect stay. Our cat comes home happy, well loved and smelling great.  The owner, Cari, understands cats and makes sure the cats are happy and safe. We would never board our cat anywhere else!
