Spa Rules
All customers must read our spa rules before bringing their cat in for any boarding services!
Please remember that we are a very open and interactive facility and playtime/activity time throughout the day. Cats are mingled and encouraged to play with each other!
There is a zero tolerance flea policy. If your cat is found to have fleas upon arrival, there will be a $350 per day disinfection fee.
10. We must have a local emergency contact which will be within 50 miles of our location and able to pick up within 3 hours of an emergency call. Please do not use your family member who will be traveling with you as we are unable to transport your cat to a vet or emergency clinic. For aggressive behavior or illness, your cat will need to be picked up and removed within 3 hours of us calling or there will be an additional $350 fee per day charge added to your bill. If no local contact can be given, then we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
11. We cannot accept 3rd party reservations. Owner/s must be present upon pick up and drop off.
- Cats must be older than 6 months and no older 15 years old.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any boarding/daycare service due to behavioral issues (examples: aggression, biting, scratching, spraying, high-stress, etc). If you think your cat may be overly stressed or has history of stress/aggression at other boarding facilities, we will be happy to recommend a cat sitter for your home. Boarding is not for every cat and to avoid stress on your cat, the cats boarding here and us, some cats are happiest and most calm in their own space within their homes. We recommend a one night stay to determine if your cat would be a good fit here.
- We are unable to accept diabetic cats or medically complex cases and cannot administer medications of any kind.
- We do not accept Bengal or Savannah cats.
- All cats must be spayed or neutered. No exceptions.
- Cats must be healthy with no signs or symptoms of illness within the last 30 days. Failure to disclose recent illness or if a cat displays symptoms of an illness during their stay will result in a $350 per day disinfection fee.
- Owners must provide up to date vaccination records. This includes valid certificate of current feline distemper and rabies vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse to board/groom any cat without valid certification of vaccinations. Cat must be under the care of a veterinary hospital and not an in-store type clinic.
- Deposits and Cancellations: A deposit worth a 1 night stay will be taken to secure your reservation. Cancellations will forfeit the deposit. More than 2 cancellations or no shows and we reserve the right to refuse service. If you decide to pick up your cat earlier than the original confirmed check out date, this will result in being charged the full amount of the original check out date. No Show Fee is additional 1 night stay price and must be paid before a new reservation can be made.
